1. If merchandise is defective we will supply you with a replacement. No refunds or credits. If the exact item is not available, we will substitute the item with a similar item of equal or greater value. Defective item or content discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back in new condition and properly packed. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
2. Defective Item
Email us within 5 days of receiving shipment and obtain a confirmation number. Return item must be received within 5 days after email notification. Return item must be accompanyed with original invoice and original packing, also mark confirmation number on the package. Defective item will be replace with a new item.
3. Return Item
Must email and request confirmation number. Items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee Refund selling price only, shipping and handling will not be refunded. Items returned without confirmation number or after 30 days will not be accepted.
